He specializes in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Anesthesia, having completed his residency at the University of Kentucky and his fellowship at the University of Iowa. He holds the designation of TEE Testamur, indicating advanced expertise in Transesophageal Echocardiography.
Dr. Lucas Blount Vice-Chairman
Dr. Lucas Blount is the Vice-chairman at Mid-America Anesthesia Consultants, where he has worked for 6 years, accounting for his total 6 years of experience in the field.
He completed his residency at the University of Missouri, specializing in both Anesthesia and Internal Medicine. His dual specialization provides a broad foundation for his role and contributions to the department.
Brad Korman Chief Nurse Anesthetist

Michelle Belgeri Co-Chief Nurse Anesthetist
Michelle Belgeri is a Co-Chief Nurse Anesthetist with 7 years of professional experience in the field, all of which have been dedicated to MAAC.
She completed her specialized graduate training at Missouri State University.
